DAY ONE - Thursday July 10th
Board your 4:00 PM Air Canada flight from Toronto to Montreal then catch our connecting flight to Brussels.
DAY TWO - Friday July 11th
Upon arrival in Brussels, we meet with our coach for our ride to our hotel in the UNESCO Heritage city of Bruges. After checking into the hotel, we will have time for a quick lunch before we go on a guided walking tour of the Old City. The rest of the late afternoon and evening you are on your own to explore!
We will be staying at the NH Bruges Hotel, right outside of the Old City.
DAY THREE - Saturday July 12th
Breakfast served at the hotel. Today we do a brewery tour of Flanders. We will be visiting 2 fantastic facilities. Possible choices include Del Dolle, De Struise, etc…
You’ll arrive back late in the afternoon to enjoy dinner at any one of the dozens of great restaurants in Bruges. Night spent at the NH Bruges.
DAY FOUR - Sunday July 13th
Breakfast served at the hotel. Open day to enjoy Bruges on your own! Rent a bike and and ride to the North Sea, or take the boat tour in the canals of Bruges. Take in the museums, the architecture, the chocolate, the shopping, the beer… Tons to do and see.
Feel free to take quick train (about 45 minutes) to Gent, or rent a car and head of to Dunkirk or Le Harve! Night spent at the NH Bruges.
DAY FIVE - Monday July 14th
Breakfast served at the hotel. After breakfast, we jump on the coach and head to the beautiful town of Ypres. First stop will be over to the prestigious St. Bernardus, where we will take in a self-guided tour in their brand new facilities, and beautiful tap room overlooking Flanders. From there we head to Westvleteren, and lunch at In de Vrede. It is here that you can get the famous Westvleteren 12. Make sure to pick up a 4 pack (or 3).They USUALLY have Westy 12 available here, and the food is delicious regardless.
Then off to Ypres, quaint city famous for the multiple battles fought there in World War I. After we check in to the hotel, we will take a walking tour of Ypres exploring its past and present. A must see is the Menin gate where the buglers of the British military play the Last Post each night at 8pm honoring their fallen brothers. Night spent at Hotel Ariane.
DAY SIX - Tuesday July 15th
Breakfast served at the hotel. Today we spend the morning and early afternoon on our own in Ypres while Micah Krichinsky and Eric Salazar are in the process of brewing the collaboration beer with Brasserie Thiriez. At 2 pm we hop in the coach and join them at Thiriez to meet Clara and discover why they are world renowned for their farmhouse ales.
At about 5:30 we head back to Ypres for dinner and night on your own. Night spent at Hotel Ariane.
DAY SEVEN - Wednesday July 16th
Breakfast served at the hotel. After we have breakfast, we say hello to Brussels! On our way there, we will take a brief stop at the Brasserie Du Pont to witness the genius behind their delicious saisons.
Then it’s off to the European Capital, where will check in at the hotel, then head over to the Grand Place to have a beer reception at the La Maison des Brasseurs. Afterwards, take in the Grand Place, Manneken Pis, and the Musée de la Bière Belge at your leisure, as there is no shortage of world class museums, restaurants, shops, and beer bars.

DAY EIGHT - Thursday July 17th
Breakfast served at the hotel. In the morning we are going to walk over for a tour of Brasserie Cantillon in Anderlecht. World famous for their Gueze and Lambics, touring Cantillon is akin to stepping back in time.
The rest of your day is free to enjoy Brussels, and between the Museums, food and vibrant neighborhoods you’ll not be at a loss for something great to do.
DAY NINE - Friday May 18th
Breakfast at hotel! We get up early to catch our 7:30 AM coach to the airport.
Our flights leave at 10:00 AM Brussels time. The first flight is to Montreal and after our connection we’ll land in Toronto at 3:32 PM local time.
